Unlike other vendors we do not offer packaged systems. We offer systems especially designed to fit your various applications and budgets. We can put together a system that includes GPS receivers, hand held data collection devices and software.Therefore we are unable to provide you with a price until we have discussed your application needs. We offer a wide range of GPS receivers, data collection devices and software to match almost all types of applications.
2. Do you accept Credit cards?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
3. I have not seen or used this type of equipment in the past. Before I buy, is there anyway I can see a demo of the system I want to purchase?
We travel all over the country and will be happy to visit your site and demonstrate our systems. Depending on the timing we may also be able to ship a unit for evaluation.
4. Do you rent/lease equipment?
Yes we do! We offer several plans depending on your requirements, and are flexible enough to accomodate most of our customers' needs. We have several plans including lease to own. We also offer plans which provide rental credit towards purchase. Since a majority of rentals/lease are handled by us we are able to offer better rates and flexible terms.
5. Can you deliver a system on short notice?
We do stock some items and generally are able to repond very fast. In cases where we don't have the exact components we are able to provide loaner units for temporary use.
6. Do you offer training on the products you carry?
Yes. We offer training for all the products sold by us.
7. Are you listed in the Texas General Services QISV program?
Yes we are.
8. Are you a HUB vendor?
Yes we are.
9. Since you handle components manufactured by several vendors, how do you handle technical support?
Applied Field Data Systems supports all components of any system sold by us. If you have questions on any of the components offered by us, feel free to call us and we will take care of your questions.
10. Does your company do seminars for work groups?
Yes. We conduct several seminars at customer sites and would be happy to work with you on your specific needs.
11. Do you exhibit your products?
Yes, we participate in several shows and you can find an updated list of them here.
12. Do you supply products not listed on your webpage?
Yes. We supply a lot of other products and accessories also. With technology changing rapidly, we are unable to list them all. Please call if you are looking for a product/brand not listed on our webpage
13. Do you accept trade-ins?
Yes, depending on the brand/condition of the existing equipment.
